The tensions between the U.S. and Houthis have continued to flare in the Red Sea since the U.S. and United Kingdom conducted strikes on at least 30 Houthi targets in western Yemen using Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles better known as “TLAM” and fixed wing aircraft on Jan. 11. Whatever belief the Pentagon may have had that the strikes would neutralize the Houthi’s military capabilities was wiped away in the week that followed as rebel group continued to attack shipping in the region.What is it going to take to stop the Houthis once and for all?
