A senior US official has hinted at the possibility of Washington sending battle tanks to Ukraine in the future. As per reports, the US defence official, who spoke at a Pentagon press briefing, said, “tanks are absolutely on the table”. However, the US official is said to have added a caveat, saying that Ukrainian forces would need to demonstrate their ability to maintain them.
