In the 1980’s the Soviet Government set out to build a better version of the T-80 tank. It would be faster and run on a more efficient diesel engine. To pull this off, they hired the Kharkiv Morozov Design Bureau, a tank factory located in Ukraine’s 2nd biggest city.
