Sky News military analyst Professor Michael Clarke says Russia’s bombing of a dam in southern Ukraine is a war crime.He says the Geneva Convention explicitly prohibits attacks on dams and similar types of infrastructure.Russia is thought to have attacked the Kakhovka dam so as to flood the Dnipro river, making any Ukrainian assault on the south more difficult.
