Ukraine’s military claims that it has killed over 160 Russian troops in the east and south over the last 24 hours. The Ukrainian military says it is striking areas of Luhansk region where Russian forces are redeploying after their retreat from Kharkiv. Russian-backed separatists in Donbas will hold a referendum this week, according to TASS. A Ukrainian lawmaker posted a video of an alleged Russian attack which shows munitions falling from the sky over the village. Russia has reportedly relocated its submarines from Crimea to Novorossiysk due to Ukrainian threat. Russian President Vladimir Putin will not join world leaders for the the UN General Assembly annual summit this year.
