Typhoon-K, a Russian multi-functional, modular, armoured MRAP vehicles manufactured by the Russian truck builder Kamaz. As of 2021, the number of Typhoons in the Russian Armed Forces fleet is about 330 units.The main distinguishing feature of the project is the modularity of the design, thanks to which a family of wheeled vehicles is built on the common chassis. It is known about two variants of the family of Typhoon vehicles – Typhoon-K armored vehicles and Typhoon-U universal tactical trucks. The Typhoon-K family is developed in configurations: 4×4, 6×6, and 8×8.
