A RUSSIAN submarine capable of carrying nuclear weapons suffered a “serious accident” in the Mediterranean, according to reports.Fuel is now said to be leaking from Putin’s 242ft Kilo-class submarine Novorossiysk – creating an “explosive hazard”.
