In 1980, a Russian man named Ludwig Fainberg arrived in Miami with his sights set on the American dream… or at least, a certain type of it. Fainberg, known to most as “Tarzan,” would work his way into the organized crime underbelly of Miami, culminating in an insane plan to secure a Foxtrot-Class Soviet submarine for a Colombian drug cartel.
