British intelligence believes Russia has “almost certainly” placed AS-24 ‘Killjoy’ missiles in Belarus. On November 1, the UK MoD citing satellite imagery said that two MiG-31 jets have been spotted at Belarus’ Machulishchy Airfield. As per UK intelligence, the Russian jets were seen with a canister associated with an AS-24 ‘Killjoy’ missile. Reports say that it’s the first time the hypersonic missile has been seen inside the Russian ally’s borders. The deployment comes weeks after Russia and Belarus embarked on a joint “grouping” against Ukraine. On October 20, 2022, one MiG-31K armed with Kinzhal reportedly took off from Machulyshchi air base in Belarus. #russiaukrainewar #kinzhal #killjoymissiles #Belarus #ukraine #worldnews 0:00 – INTRODUCTION 1:25 – WHAT IS A “KILLJOY” MISSILE?2:49 – ‘KILLJOY’ MISSILES FASTER THAN HIMARS ROCKETS?6:06 – WHY HAS RUSSIA PARKED ‘KILLJOYS’ IN BELARUS?
