President Vladimir Putin said Russia will transfer nuclear-capable Iskander-M missile systems to its ally Belarus. During his meeting with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, Putin said the systems can use both ballistic and cruise missiles. Lukashenko expressed “stress” over flights by US and NATO planes “training to carry nuclear warheads” close to Belarus’ border.
