CCTV shows missiles strike administrative building in Enerhodar, Russian-controlled Ukraine Security camera footage released on Wednesday (October 19) showed missiles hitting an administrative building in Enerhodar, Russian-controlled Ukraine.The location of the video was verified by buildings and road layout which matched Google Street View imagery from the area.Date and timestamp shown on the CCTV footage match corroborating reports of the blasts.Dmytro Orlov, the Ukrainian mayor of Enerhodar, said in a post on social media that the city was under shelling at night. He added that there are reports the building of the Executive Committee of the City Council was damaged.Russia’s defence ministry said in a statement on social media that the Ukrainian armed forces’ artillery fired 13 missiles at the northern outskirts of the city of Enerhodar and the territory neighbouring the nuclear power plant.Reuters was not able to independently verify the reports.
