A Russian missile strike on an apartment block in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Jan. 14 has killed 35 people. Ukraine says the building was hit by a Kh-22 missile, a Soviet-era anti-ship missile. Reports say more than 210 missiles have been launched and non of them were knocked down by the Ukrainian armed forces.
