For the longest time, literally since the 1970s, Chinese nuclear fuel powered submarines have been regarded as a joke by a lot of western militaries. Today, China seems to have started building another subvariant of its 093 nuke attack subs. And this time around, it seems its capabilities are getting fairly close to US ones.
