This comes after talks between Russia & the West over the Ukraine crisis failed to reach any conclusive decision. Ryabkov, who led the Russian delegation in the talks in Geneva, said he wouldn’t confirm or exclude the possibility of military deployment. US national security adviser Jake Sullivan dismissed the possibility of Russian deployment in Cuba and Venezuela.
