That’s a ground-launched ballistic missile being used as an anti-ship weapon and it’s a significant shift in how this war is being fought. Today is also the heaviest strike day of the entire campaign by Caine’s own account, with over 6,000 targets struck and 99% of today’s munitions being delivered overhead — not standoff.
