The Type 08 or ZBL-08 is a family of eight-wheeled amphibious, modular armored vehicle developed by Norinco for infantry fire support, battlefield logistics and quick reaction operations. Developed by Norinco since the 1990s, the Type 08 is the successor to other older Chinese wheeled vehicles, and was first seen in 2006 during road testing.
