The Russian military continues their attacks on civilians by targeting Ukraine’s electrical power grid and drinking water supply. Public opinion polling in Russia has also turned with a majority of Russians opposing mobilization and wanting an end to the war. Mobilized Russian soldiers have been filming themselves sabotaging their own helicopters and armored vehicles.
