Two people were injured in an overnight Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia, local officials said. According to Associated Press the strike sparked a large fire at a shopping center. Emergency crews extinguished the blaze, which covered an area of 6,000 square meters, the State Emergency Service said. Firefighters were forced to suspend their operations periodically and take shelter due to the threat of further attacks, according to State Emergency Service. Russia attacked Ukraine overnight with 161 drones, including 82 jet-powered Shaheds, Ukraine’s air force said Wednesday. Air defenses shot down or suppressed 122 drones, while strikes were recorded at 18 locations and debris fell at eight others, it said.
