Ukrainian Storm Shadow missiles hit a key Russian plant in Oryol.
The damaged site was identified as the Proton plant, which makes components for the Iskander-M, Pantsir-S1 and S-71 Kover missiles.
The long-range cruise missiles were used after PM Andy Burnham pledged to hand over blueprints for Brit-made components.
