KestrelX flies both the KX-1 microjet and now the KX-2 propeller-driven aircraft to mimic enemy cruise missiles and long-range one-way attack drones. TWZ was the first media outlet to fly with them as they gave USAF 4th and 5th generation fighters a major drone threat problem to solve during the Sentry Savanna air warfare exercise.
