At the recent MAKS 2021 Air Show, Russia launched a new 5th generation fighter, the Su-75 Checkmate. Accordingly, the Su-75 may become the main competitor of the FC-31 stealth fighter in the international arms market. China’s FC-31 made its first flight eight years ago, and at least two to three prototypes have already been produced. In terms of progress, FC-31 is one step ahead of Su-75 Checkmate. However, with Sukhoi’s ability, it is unlikely that FC-31 will be available in the international market before the Su-75 Checkmate.
