The Ukraine War has completely changed since Russia lost access to Starlink. It’s helped lead to many of the big campaigns around Crimea, the Black Sea, and more. In response, Russia has been trying to produce their own version of Starlink, Rassvet. But Russia is structurally limited as to what they can do with their space program.
