Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said Friday a Russian drone attack hit a shopping complex in Zaporizhzhia, injuring one person. According to Associated Press the attack sparked a fire that spread across over 10,000 square meters, the service said in a statement on Telegram. Video from the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Emergency Service showed a burning mall engulfed in flames as firefighters worked to extinguish it. Emergency crews extinguished the blaze, but their work was complicated by the threat of further Russian attacks, forcing firefighters to periodically take shelter.
