So Putin announced that Russia has won the battle for Konstantinovka and completely taken over the town. Now I don’t want to shock anyone but this might be a bit premature with one Russian reporter saying it’s closer to 30% taken adding his worries that an early celebration may lead to the problem they saw before in Kupiansk.
