Today we’re looking into Russia’s second-ever combat use of their Oreshnik IRBM. Last night they fired this missile into western Ukraine striking a target in Lviv. The explanation of forcing a seismic event seems a bit odd but this is best viewed as a signal to the west, another form of saber rattling to pressure Ukraine’s allies to settle the war on Russian terms.
