NATO is planning to deploy extra assets in the Black Sea including patrol aircraft, radar systems and intelligence personnel. The alliance hasn't directly blamed any country, but the working assumption is that Russia is behind the attacks.
The Black Sea has been a major theater of Russia’s war against Ukraine and now the conflict is threatening to spill over to powerful geopolitical neighbors.
