Lockheed Martin is pitching a complete overhaul of the F-35 that would bridge the gap between today’s most advanced fighter tech, and the cutting edge hardware of tomorrow; resulting in an all-new F-35 Lockheed claims could deliver 80% of the capability the new generation of fighters will offer, but at roughly half the price.
