The Kawasaki C-2 is a mid-size, twin-turbofan, long-range, high-speed military transport aircraft developed and manufactured by Kawasaki Heavy Industries. It made its first flight in 2010 and entered service with the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) in 2016. With a maximum payload of 36 tons, the C-2 is designed for fast, long-range transport missions.
