Britain just authorized the release of classified Storm Shadow cruise missile technology so Ukraine can begin building the weapon domestically, rather than only receiving finished missiles from UK stockpiles. That creates an immediate problem: Russia already knows this is coming and has spent years hunting down Ukraine's missile-production facilities.
