Ukraine has claimed responsibility for the killing of a high-ranking Russian general in Moscow. Lt. General Igor Kirillov and his assistant died after an explosive device was detonated in a residential area a few kilometers from the Kremlin. A day earlier, Ukrainian prosecutors had charged Kirillov over Russia’s use of banned chemical weapons in Ukraine.
