Russia redirects budget money to finance the military complex and law enforcement system, Bloomberg reports. With reference to the three-year financial plan of Russia, analysts write that next year there will be 43% more money that will go on defence than was originally prescribed, and spending on law enforcement will increase by 40%. All this is against the backdrop of the sanctions imposed by the West and partial mobilisation, which, as experts predict, will hit the Russian economy.
