Using electronic warfare assets, ‘Azov’ fighters additionally neutralised 1,356 aircraft-type attack UAVs and 9,638 copter-type attack UAVs.
Footage of the destruction of enemy targets in August was published by fighters of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov" on their Telegram channel.
Recently, Ukraine’s 1st Azov Corps of the National Guard carried out a second major drone operation against Russian fuel infrastructure and military logistics in the occupied part of the Donetsk region, the unit reported on August 17.
The operation, dubbed “Hell-2,” followed an earlier series of strikes against supply routes, fuel depots, and logistics facilities used by Russian forces. According to Azov, the latest attack completely destroyed facilities involved in storing and supplying fuel to Russian troops.
The corps released footage of the strikes, showing attack drones hitting fuel storage sites across the temporarily occupied Donetsk region.
“A month ago, we warned the occupier: Azov sees its movements and will strike at the right moment. But some units of the Russian Armed Forces continued storing fuel in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region. The burning dots on the map mark facilities involved in storing and supplying fuel to the Russians. A month later, those dots remain only on the maps—in reality, there is now scorched earth there,” the unit said.
