According to China’s state-run Xinhua News Agency, Foreign Minister Wang Yi, during a call with Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, urged the immediate cessation of military actions to prevent the conflict from further escalating. Wang Yi stated that military force cannot truly resolve the problem and will only lead to severe consequences. He boldly claimed, “The real value of military power lies not on the battlefield but in preventing war.” He also emphasized that China always maintains a fair position on Middle East issues and will continue to play a constructive role in promoting de-escalation.
