TBN Israel’s Yair Pinto reports on the Israel-Iran and regional war. IRAN: The confrontation between the United States and Iran escalated overnight after U.S. Central Command announced wide-scale strikes in southern Iran against Revolutionary Guards targets. According to the report, American forces sank Iranian vessels in the Strait of Hormuz after Iranian boats attempted to place more naval mines, and additional U.S. strikes followed after missiles were fired at American aircraft operating in the area. HORMUZ: The Strait of Hormuz is becoming the center of the crisis. U.S. forces are enforcing the blockade against vessels trying to enter or leave Iranian ports, while Iran has begun collecting passage fees through the strait. Gulf states are now calling for a boycott of Iran’s new demand, as Washington insists the strait must remain open “one way or another.” NUCLEAR TALKS: Negotiations
