The arms embargo placed on Israel isn’t really an embargo in the traditional sense. It will not likely radically alter Israel’s decision to enter Rafah and finish the fight. These weapons have already been staged and prepared for the assault.The weapons transfers can then be reviewed months later after the assault is complete and Rafah is out of the news.
