Arrowhead 140 is a large general-purpose frigate platform designed around affordability, scalability, and export flexibility rather than maximum specialization. Adopted by the Royal Navy as the Type 31 Inspiration-class, selected by Poland for the Miecznik program, and expanded by Indonesia under the Merah Putih build program, the design emphasizes hull size, growth margin, modular construction, and Mk 41 vertical launch system integration. At roughly 139 meters and around 5,700 tons displacement, it provides space for future sensors, weapons, and mission systems, while prioritizing buildability and long-term upgrade potential.
