Just look at how "utterly insignificant" that recent Ukrainian strike on the Moscow oil refinery turned out to be. You know, the one located less than ten miles, about 15 kilometers, from the Kremlin. And really, how could anyone possibly call it a problem when people in Russia's biggest cities are spending the night standing in lines for fuel? Recently Vladimir Putin admitted that Russia turned out to be unprepared for these attacks.
