Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi movement has claimed responsibility for a ballistic missile strike targeting Saudi Arabia’s Defense Ministry in Riyadh, as well as attacks on airports and oil infrastructure across the country. The group’s military spokesperson, Yahya Saree, said in a statement posted on Telegram on October 22 that Houthi forces had carried out four military operations deep inside Saudi territory over the previous 48 hours, using ballistic missiles and drones.
