Could a Marine Corps radar find a Chinese warship and help an Air Force bomber destroy it from 500 miles away? That is the promise of Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) and Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2).
JADO is the fight. JADC2 is the nervous system that helps the force see, decide and act.
In this video, I explain how America’s military is trying to connect sensors, commanders and weapons across land, sea, air, space and cyberspace—and why a potential war with China makes that integration essential.
U.S. Army Reserve Colonel Lisa Jaster joins me to walk through a hypothetical Pacific engagement, where the sensor, the commander and the weapon may belong to different services or allied nations.
