Four people were injured as a result of Russian attacks in the Odesa region, Ukraine's State Emergency Service said Friday. According to Associated Press an energy infrastructure facility was damaged, while a manufacturing plant producing household goods caught fire.
A subsequent attack Friday morning damaged seven private residential buildings, with no casualties reported in the incident. Due to the threat of repeated strikes, firefighters were repeatedly forced to suspend operations and retreat to safer locations, the emergency service said. A private business in Zaporizhzhia was hit in a drone attack overnight, local authorities reported. Firefighters extinguished the blaze, which covered an area of 500 square metres.
