As the war in Ukraine approaches another hard winter, we're starting to get budgetary clues about the plans Kyiv and Moscow have for continuing the fighting into 2027.
Budgets certainly don't tell us everything and a lot of their content is classified, but today we're going to go through some of what we know so far and what it might tell us about the priorities for both sides and the balance of resources and funding going into 2027.
