Russia’s ambassador to the UK has told Sky News the UK is stopping a “quick peace” from being agreed in Ukraine.Andrei Kelin said Britain was “at the head of those who are resisting quick peace”.Speaking to Yalda Hakim, Mr Kelin said Moscow would not accept the deployment of British or French troops to Ukraine in support of any peace deal.
