This comes a day after India attacked nine terrorist hideouts across Pakistan, the Pakistani forces tried to launch an offensive on India on the night intervening May 7 and 8. However, India’s aerial defence system shot down several Pakistani missiles and drones bound for Indian military targets across 15 cities in Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Gujarat. India used a combination of anti-drone systems and air defences, including the Russian S-400, to counter the Pakistani offensive late last night.
