If Iran suddenly made a nuclear bomb – why would it still not be a big threat?

Iran is said to have some 900 or so pounds of enriched uranium stashed away somewhere in the country. This video supposes it wants to weaponize that stash as quickly as possible. How would Iran go about it? Would it go for simplest bombs or try to work on more advanced ones?
