ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – A groundbreaking ceremony was held Monday morning at Dyess Air Force Base as they prepare for the arrival of the B-21 bombers. The aircraft will bring nuclear weapons back to the Key City since the 90s, and the ceremony represented the physical start of building the manpower and spaces for the new technology.
