The Wild Hornets have created an effective Shahed interceptor — STING

General

Our team worked on STING for over a year.We ran hundreds of tests, made dozens of trips to the front line, and invested hundreds of thousands of dollars — all with one goal:to build a mass-produced, simple, and affordable Shahed interceptor. And we did it.In just four months of serial production, Ukraine’s defenders have shot down over a thousand Shaheds and Gerans using STING.Almost half of those were destroyed in October alone.STING is a fast and highly maneuverable drone. The entire system deploys in under 15 minutes. It can take off from any flat surface — no catapult needed — quickly gains altitude, and instantly locks onto its target. If the target isn’t detected or is taken down by another STING, the drone can safely return.STING provides effective interception within a 25-kilometer range. It works with any FPV control station, but performs best with the Wild Hornets’ proprietary ground control system.Optionally, it can be equipped with our unique digital TV targeting system, Hornet Vision.Training to operate STING takes up to three days at our “Night Hornets” training center.Thousands of drones roll off our production line every month.Every night, dozens — sometimes hundreds — of Shaheds are intercepted and destroyed by STING, thanks to the relentless dedication of Ukraine’s defenders. We thank the thousands of Ukrainians who believed in our idea and supported the fundraising campaigns led by Serhii Sternenko and other foundations. And we thank our warriors — for giving us the chance to live. We’re only getting started. The best is yet to come.#WildHornets #Sting #ДикіШершні #UkraineDrones #Shahed #FPV #UAV #DefenceTech
